In 1960s, in response to the call of "Support the Construction of Three Lines", Qingdao Tools Factory moved to Quanlin from Qingdao, and established Shandong Tools Factory. In August 2005, the original factory was reform-reorganized as Shandong Tools Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Shandong Tools Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a professional production plant which has the longest production history of producing thread cutters, and hole machining tools in Shandong Province, We are a member of China Machine Tool Association and the director of East China Precision Testing Equipment Combined Company Enterprise.

We have passed ISO9001 Certification, and gained import and export rights. In March 2012, approved by Human Resources and Social Security Department of Shandong Province, we set up a corporate office technical school - Shandong Tools for Technical School. We have 310 staff members right now, including strong technical force personnel who are successors of original state-owned enterprises. Our enterprise occupies a total area of 368 acres, owning Ji'ning, Sishui & Quanlin three branch production bases. We have various 760 sets of processing equipment and the fixed assets of 80 million Yuan.
